Pricing questions, answered plainly
My chapter is on Basic. Can I upgrade just my own account?
Yes. Plans are per member. Your upgrade applies to your account only, and you're the only one who pays. Everything you do with the chapter keeps working exactly as before.
Does my review have to be positive to unlock Pro?
No, and we mean that. The unlock depends on one thing only: the review is genuine and verifiably yours. Write three stars if that's your honest experience. We read every review to get better, not to filter who gets upgraded.
Is the earned Pro really permanent?
Yes. Once your testimonial is verified, your account is upgraded to Pro with no expiry date and no card on file. If we ever change how this works for new submissions, upgrades already granted stay granted.
What happens if my testimonial isn't approved?
You get a message explaining why, most often because the proof link didn't work or the review couldn't be verified as yours. You can submit again after 30 days. Nothing on your account changes in the meantime.
What's the difference between Pro and Ultra AI?
Pro uses your own Anthropic API key, so you pay Anthropic directly for what you generate. Ultra includes the AI: we supply the key and you get a monthly generation budget with a meter that's always visible. When you reach it, generation pauses until next month. No surprise bills either way.
What happens to my videos if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your existing videos stay viewable and downloadable. You just can't upload new ones until you're back on a plan with storage. We never hold your content hostage.
How can I pay?
